General Ordering Information ::
All orders are processed upon receipt. GULLY artwork is made to order, please allow 5-10 days for manufacture of your order. If the goods you have ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. If any goods you ordered are temporarily unavailable then sales representative will call and offer the choice to amend your order. If goods are not available replacement stock will only be issued with your consent.
Your order will be produced and packaged with care and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments through our secure checkout. This store encrypts all confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bit (the highest level commercially available).
All artwork is inspected and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your artwork arrives to you in perfect condition. All originals are shipped thru FedEx within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Information ::
If you are in the United States
Your order will ship from Minneapolis (Minnesota) either by USPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number when your artwork ships.
Standard shipping is FREE (USA/Canada) and takes 3-5 days not including the time to produce the order which may vary from 1-3 business days.
If you are outside of the United States/Canada
We ship internationally exclusively using DHL Air at a flat rate per order. Its quick, reliable, insured, fully tracked, and usually will get your order from our door to yours in 5-10 business days. Standard international shipping starts around $15.00/order.
Canceling or Changing an Order ::
We begin preparing your order as soon as we receive it, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed.
Return Information ::
Every art piece sold is specifically produced for each customer. For this reason we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If you received a damaged, or incorrect item, we'll replace it.
